All of the photographs used in this online exhibit are from the Vern Arendt Photograph Collection within the permanent collection of the Luxembourg American Cultural Center in Belgium, WI. The Vern Arendt Photograph Collection of negatives and photographs contains over 200,000 negatives and black and white prints from Vern's fifty year career as photographer for the Ozaukee Press. Vern Arendt donated this collection to the LACS in 2006, and the LACS has been working ever since to identify each person in the photographs with the help of the local community.
